Where we ship

At this time, we ship to the United States only.

Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (often within 24–72 hours).
Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time.

Estimated delivery time

After your order ships, estimated delivery is typically:
8–15 business days (United States)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or high demand periods.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@recoverease.net and we’ll do our best to help (changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed).

Delays and missing packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@recoverease.net and include your order number. We will assist you with tracking and next steps.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package:

  • Check with neighbors/building staff

  • Confirm the shipping address on your order

  • Contact the carrier with the tracking number

  • Then email us and we’ll help from our side

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please email support@recoverease.net within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
